Early access: we onboard a few companies at a time

Pull the Next Thing!

Pikiflow puts the work of every department into one shared pool, and anyone who is free presses one button to get the next task they are qualified for.

1 of 4 Work arrives from everywhere into one pool.

How it works

Nobody hands out work. People pull it, and nothing is finished until someone else has checked it.

  1. 1

    Everything goes into one pool

Customer requests from the portal or email, invoices to approve, shipment events, work orders, bugs, recurring reports, anything a manager types.

  2. 2

Press one button, get the next task

You get the next task you are qualified for: priority first, then oldest first. Unfinished work comes back to you before anything new.

  3. 3

    Submit with proof

Attach what shows the work is done: a booking confirmation, a filled checklist, a site photo, a pull request.

  4. 4

    Reviewed by someone else

The review goes back into the pool as its own task. A qualified colleague picks it up, never the author.

  5. 5

    Done, and traced

Approved work is posted to your systems and the customer is updated. Software changes also pass a deploy gate, traced from ticket to production.

Interrupted? The clock stops.

A meeting or an urgent job pauses the task you are on, and its clock stops with it. Paused time never counts against the deadline, so being pulled away never makes a task late.

  • The task is paused, not lost or handed back.
  • The deadline moves by exactly the time you were away.
  • When you are free again, the paused task comes first.

Customers get a portal and an email address

Your customers write in through their own portal or send an email. Each request becomes a task in the same pool as everything else, and answers come from your own knowledge base.

  • A portal where customers raise requests and follow them.
  • An email address: every message becomes a task.
  • Answers drawn from what your company already knows.

Ask it anything from the chat you already use

Pikiflow ships an MCP server. Connect it to Claude, ChatGPT or any assistant that supports MCP, and work with Pikiflow from the chat window you already have open.

What is MCP?

MCP, the Model Context Protocol, is an open standard that lets an AI assistant use outside tools and data. An MCP server is the plug on the tool's side. The Pikiflow MCP server gives your assistant the pool, your tasks and the company brain.

What you can say

  • "What is waiting for me?"Your tasks, highest priority first.
  • "Fetch my next task"Pulls the next task by the same rules as the button.
  • "Submit this with proof"Sends your work to review with the proof attached.
  • "Create a request"Turns a message into a task in the pool.
  • "What did we decide on X?"Answers from the company brain.

For automations

Scripts and agents can use the same server. A monitoring alert can create a request in the pool, and an agent can look up a past decision before it acts.

A brain that knows how your company works

Every task, review and answer feeds a company brain: what was decided, how a problem was fixed, how a job is done here. The next person finds the answer instead of asking around.

What got done, and how well

Managers see finished work and how it came through review, not who looked busiest. The pool shows what is waiting, what is in progress and what is done, so nobody has to chase for status.

Who it is for

Any company whose work arrives as tasks, done by people who need to know what is next. Some examples:

  • Software teams

    • Bug fixes
    • Feature work
    • Releases
  • Trading houses

    • Contract execution
    • Shipping documents
    • Invoice approvals
  • Logistics and freight

    • Bookings
    • Customs files
    • Delivery exceptions
  • Accounting and finance

    • Month-end close
    • Reconciliations
    • Payment approvals
  • Customer support desks

    • Tickets
    • Callbacks
    • Knowledge answers
  • Agencies and consultancies

    • Client deliverables
    • Reviews
    • Revisions
  • Field service crews

    • Work orders
    • Inspections
    • Proof photos
  • Operations and admin

    • Audits

Every department, task type and workflow is configuration, so the same pool runs all of them.

See it in motion

About 2 minutes each. The same story fits any team, and more cuts will follow.

Built by a company that runs on it

Pikiflow is made by Trackon Software. We run our own customer support and engineering on it, and in August 2026 it replaced Jira and Zendesk for us. Our customer requests, bug fixes and releases go through the same pool, review and deploy gate you see on this page. Your pool holds your own kinds of work, under the same rules.

Questions

Short, honest answers.

What does early access cost?

We agree that with each company we onboard. Early access is hands-on: we set up your pool, task types and workflows together with you, so we take a few companies at a time. Pricing is not published yet.

Does it fit our kind of work?

Yes, if the work can be written as a task: customer requests, documents, approvals, bookings, work orders, inspections, recurring reports. Departments, task types and workflows are set up for your company, and every team gets the same pool, review and trace. Results are posted to your systems and customers are updated; software teams also get the deploy gate.

Which AI assistants can we use with it?

Any assistant that supports MCP, including Claude and ChatGPT. You connect the Pikiflow MCP server once, then ask in plain words. You can also use Pikiflow without any assistant.

Where does our data live?

Each company gets its own isolated deployment on serverless AWS. Your pool, tasks and company brain are not shared with any other company.

Can my team work from WhatsApp?

Partly. Pikiflow sends notifications to WhatsApp and you can reply there to approve. Fetching and submitting tasks happens in Pikiflow or through your AI assistant.
